Colleagues of the Bar,
With deep
gratitude to Joe, John and the staff at Albrechta & Coble Ltd, I am pleased
to announce the launching of my own practice effective Monday, March 19, 2012.
With Culbert Law Office Ltd., I
will continue to expand my practice in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate
Administration, Adoption, Guardianship, Domestic Relations and Family Law; with
concentration in the areas of Child Advocacy,1 Parent and Grandparent
Rights, and Special Education Law. This summer I will startup an advocacy
consulting business, Child Advocacy
Consultants, LLC which will seek to provide guidance to legal
professionals and advocacy services to parents, grandparents and other persons
having the responsibility of caring for children with special needs and who
otherwise have difficulty obtaining services. My work in counseling parents
with children who may or who have already entered the juvenile justice system
will allow me to tap into the many professional contacts I have built over my 28
years of legal experience and use my knowledge of the legal rights that children
and parents have when seeking disability, educational, legal and mental health
services from those systems in Ohio.
Until
mid-May I will continue working out of my current office at 2228 Hayes Avenue,
Suite A, Fremont, OH 43420 and may be reached by the same

to 512 Court Street and will keep you advised of my new contact numbers.

appointments in private custody cases and appointments as GAL and legal counsel
to children in private custody and child protection actions. I will also be
